Approached by HR and scheduled a virtual chat with HR for 30-40 mins. Very relaxed chat about background and explanation for the screening process. Then scheduled a second virtual chat with head of finance and a research analyst for 1 hr. This time tech questions mostly to test my knowledge on cost modeling, etc. Then scheduled a on-site chat with COO and head of corporate affairs & partnerships. I turned it down as I had trouble traveling far to Kurnell during that time. HR nicely agreed to make it a virtual chat. This time more to want me to talk about my insight on price forecast and location selection for setting manufacturing plant in Australia. Finally scheduled a virtual chat with CCO and a co-founder. This time with a case study question. After each chat HR contacted with very positive feedback except the last time. Based on HR the reason I wasn’t selected is because they will go with another candidate with more experience.
