It was not that difficult but they are rigid about working from office which doesn’t make sense. They don’t promote hybrid at all. Otherwise company culture is fine. Managers are some time micromanaging. Projects are limited
very fast, got contacted by them over phone and email immediately, they were stripping lockheed martin employee basic coverage, literally splitting fifty fifty with you (as a potential employee) offered ridiculous hourly rate, short term (3 months) all included, soliciting dob and ssn and authorization to do drug test (on your own money) and last 7 years income check (they think they are irs or something). they said they called from atlanta ga, but i verified, no such thing. also, when asked "what about security clearance" they said "oh, only a bachelor degree is needed. so, on top of speaking broken english (very broken i may add) they had no clue about the laws of United States of America. keep up the "great" work folks...
