I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sun Life (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2024
Interview
HR interview to offer too about 4weeks so it was very efficient.
For this role there were 3 interviews; HR, 2 Directors and 1 AVP.
Got the offer 1 week after the last interview.
The background check took another 2 weeks.
This was the most hectic part for me, as the background check company kept sending repeated requests and for every of my reply, it was another employee emailing me.

Question 1
Questions focus on the aspect of the business I would be auditing, which for me was Investments. Probably common knowledge, but if you are interviewing for an Internal audit role (asides ICFR and SOX), the best bet is to be grounded in the area you will be auditing.
