They asked a few situational questions around experience and asked for lots of examples. Some focus on event planning and coordination, how to influence senior leadership, and how to communicate to large audiences.

Had a call with HR, then had to prepare a presentation for the director on a case I was given. Had to choose between two cases and was given no other instructions. It was pretty casual.

Interview
Interviews were a few weeks after resume submission but were set up quickly, had the right number of people and recruiter moved quickly. Good process and pleasant environment in the interview itself.
