Two rounds - one online initial personality type questions and one in person with combination of person and technical questions, followed by a quick tour of the site. There were two people in the online one and three in the in person one

Interview
There were three stages: First was a general phone call with the GM The second was a more formal FtF interview with the GM and the commercial manager The third stage was to present on what you expect the first 3 months to be like. Overall, a great experience, with lots learnt as well as very friendly people
