Stryker Project Engineer-Knee Product Development interview questions

Alright so i got into contact with somebody I knew at Stryker. Got past the first round of interview and was confirmed for the second round interview with the head engineer. They gave me a date and a time and they never called me. I sat an hour waiting for them and they never responded back to me. They didn't even have the courtesy to email or give me a call. What was really strange was they got back to me about the second round interview nearly a month after the first interview. Stryker definitely wants type "A" personalities. The interview wasn't that bad with the HR rep however I never got to the engineer so I couldn't tell you what they wanted.
