The application process was supported and organized very well by the recruiter. Every single step I have to go through was mentioned and described. It all happened very fast and the recruiter kept you informed and up to date allways. Even the refusal call was organized very well and with lots of kindness. Also the hiring manager interview was very professionally. He gave me details about the company and gave me a short site tour. This all happened in a familiar warm atmosphere. I am very sad that I did not get an offer but still I feel appreciated to come so close to this great company and its employees.
