I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker in Apr 2024
Interview
It was a lengthy process:
Step 1 – An initial 30-minute screening call with HR, covering a few behavioral questions.
Step 2 – A 30-minute call with the hiring manager.
Step 3 – A 90-minute Gallup interview, which required practice with various resources.
Step 4 – Interviews with the team, where the process ended, so I did not reach the final round with the VP.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Stryker (Berlin) in May 2024
Interview
I recently had a 30-minute introduction call with HR, but it felt like they weren’t really interested in the conversation. The discussion felt forced, which was disappointing. I had a strong sense that I wouldn't move forward in the process based on the HR's demeanor, and I received a rejection a few days later. If there's no genuine interest, it's better not to waste the time of both the candidate and the company.
