The process took a few weeks and included 4 rounds of interviews (around half an hour to one hour each). The interviews gave a good insight into the role and responsibilities and company culture.
There are three stages with the second stage being conducted by Gallup. The first and third are with people directly from Stryker and ask you basic STAR questions so it really is not that bad

The interview process was long (1 online questionnaire, 2 phone interviews, and 5 in-person back to back interviews). However, the time-frame between applying and getting an offer was only 1 month.
