Interviewed on college campus, did Gallup phone interview, and then 6 on-site interviews. Recruiters were very friendly and the corporate culture is first-class. Stryker is a company filled with driven individuals whose internship program offers a great learning experience.

First there was a phone screen, next was two 30 minute interviews with managers. It was mostly behavioral with a couple technicals mixed in. The 30 minute interviews were back to back.

First there was a screening call. Next was an online assessment. Finally there were two 30-45 minute rounds with the hiring manager and direct manager for the role. Heard back in about 2 weeks.
One interview with financial analyst, hardly any technical questions, just asking about familiarity with Excel, etc, mostly conversational to discuss work experience, interests, vibe check, personality match, culture match. No other interviews with other team members.
