Interview
Started with an initial interview with the local manager and a counterpart in a different region. Once you got passed the initial interview there was a Gallup (phone interview with rapid fire situational questions about your work experience). Once you passed that there was a follow-up interview with the local manager consisting of a sales "role play." After passing that I was flown to interview with the regional vice president

Recruiter Screen - Recruiter was new but friendly. Stryker screens for hunter mentalities, speak to that and you will pass.
Hiring Manager Virtual Call - Role specific questions, how you’ll build territory, sales success
Gallup - 30 minute rapid fire interview. I don’t mind Gallup but believe it’s odd that they can’t provide feedback or clarification on questions they ask.
Made it through two rounds of interviews with no concerns and had each party confident to move me along to the next step, but then was told they were pursuing other applicants.
It was a very informative and great interview process. A lot of interviews but enjoyed getting to know more about the team and company. I think it was 4-5 rounds.
