I spoke to a recruiter at an on campus career fair and was invited to interview on campus the next day. I had a 20 minute interview with another recruiter. She asked me mostly behavioral/resume related questions.

The online assessment was challenging due to time constraints; overall, I would rate it as moderately difficult, requiring strong problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy to complete within the limited duration.

Interview
3 Teams interviews with recruiters and a personality test. The recruiters were very personable and made the process enjoyable. The personality test had multiple choice questions and a few short answer questions.

Mostly about past experiences and why I want to work there
The interview process was straightforward and organised. It began with an initial screening call where they asked about my background and interests. This was followed by a short technical/assignment round and a final conversation with the team. Overall, the communication was clear, timelines were shared in advance, and the interviewers were friendly and professional.
