You apply online and if selected contacted to schedule 5-10 minute telephone interview whereby you're asked questions to weed you out. This is a mature company with very solid routines and the interview processes looking to cut Stryker's costs. You are bullied into answering exactly how much you currently earn at your present job within the first 5 minutes of the interview. When asking back the range they would like to compensate installers you are immediately taken as rude and you come to realize the interview has turned hostile and will soon be over with you being blackballed for refusing to immediately answer their question on how much you earn, and daring to ask back how much they want to pay.

Interview was lengthy- 5 rounds. But very good for selecting a relevant candidate. The technical questions were extremely relevant to the job, so it is best to research for the install role you are seeking and not just to "wing it".

Interview
many steps with various human resources employees, a lot of checking boxes and general questions. All interviewers were very polite and plesent to work with. There is also some tests you will be asked to complete as well.
