It was phone screening interview, but process is long because need to do online assessment. Then need to do multiple rounds of interview. The assessment took long and did not get a response afterward.
Difficult with hard questions that involved behavioral interview. I did not feel confident enough to land the job.Some of the questions were not in my league and I did not prepare thoroughly to be able to answer them.
Star format. Personality questions. I don't really remember anything else to say about the question or interview process. I I just remember that they had a whole lot of questions and they were off personality type questions based on if you were fit for the company.
