Long process but understandably so. Definitely hard and very time consuming. Networking and making connections is way more useful than anything and telling your recruiter who you have connected with. I made it to the third round right before Gallup interview and case study round. I had a 30 minute phone call with a recruiter, 30 minute Microsoft Teams with regional manager, and hour and 15 minute product presentation with sales scenarios and hypotheticals.
Hypothetical: it’s October and you need to sell a product to the hospital by the end of the year. You really need to make this deal before the end of the year to meet your quota. The hospital doesn’t have the money yet but they said they are super interested and will have the money in March. What do you do?
Hypothetical: Two hospitals both call you saying they have a patient on the table and they absolutely need your product and there is no way you can be in both places at once. Hospital A & B. Hospital A is a long time costumer that you have a great relationship with and they are also a smaller hospital. Hospital B is a costumer that you have been trying to get for forever and just now they are finally giving you a chance. They are a bigger hospital and if you are able to make a deal with them it will be huge. Which hospital doesn’t you go to?
Just had my phone interview, I think it went well. Basic questions why medical device sales why Stryker etc. and some behavioral questions. going to the next step now, so far so good

Interview
Interview was conducted remotely from a representative outside of the country. While I understand the company is a large corporate entity, the Interview process felt impersonal and like the role itself was not particularly important

Question 1
Please give an example of one time you worked as a member of a team to solve a problem.
I was emailed to interview for a position in my city. I spent 2 days preparing and took time off from my current position only to get a call from the recruiter that the position i was interviewing for was filled already. They wanted to know if i was interested in relocating cities. I found the lack of communication to be very strange. A simple email would've been productive as i was super excited about the opportunity to even get the interview! Disappointing!
