I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stride Rite (Flower Mound, TX) in May 2011
Interview
I filled out an application two days before, then got a call from the manager asking if I could interview the following day. Obvously I took the oppurtuniy. When I came in she interviewed me in the front, and asked me to fill out a paper application. Then she asked me to tell her about myself, asked a little about my volunteer work, then offered me the job. When I called to ask about when I could start she said she found someone more qualified.
Cool interview process. Nice staff everyone is friendly. Mines was in a mall so great location. Easy and quick process. Be yourself and kind if you have experience with kids it helps.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Stride Rite (Pleasanton, CA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Was great! Worked there for all of 10 years. Asked great questions. Too bad they are closed now. The malls are really closing down or changing and Stride Rite is now only in Danville Ca with this family. Still great. glad to know they made it.
I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Stride Rite in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied in August , got a call back in October . Was offered an interview on Tuesday to be set on Friday at 1 . Came in early and went in the back to be asked the questions . Should've prepared a little more since it was my first interview. overall time took 20 minutes. Very nice man. They were interviewing three other people so they probably hired someone with more experience for holiday season. Good practice !
