I was contacted by a recruiter and interviewed by Streamline's HR person for screening. She couldn't really answer any of my direct questions about the role. She asked me for examples of the kind of productions I worked on. I gave her details which I thought would show how hard I worked for a client under very challenging circumstances.
I sent a thank you email, with no response from the interviewer.
Weeks later the recruiter got back to me saying they wouldn't be moving forward as a candidate. Since I knew I could do this job in my sleep I asked for some feedback as to why I wasnt a viable candidate. I finally heard that my answers were not succinct enough. Really? I was disqualified because I gave too much detail in my example of a challenging event. Wow! Ridiculous.
