submitted resume and took certification course. was called for 1:1 interaction. based on matching background was given contract to monthly or batch wise sessions. multiple courses are trained here and basically they look for your past experience and comfort level for teaching small batch of class

I applied online. I interviewed at Strategism (Fremont, CA) in Mar 2014

Interview

Had posted resume on Sulekha. The CEO approached via email. I was interviewed on phone, then face to face. Face to face interview went for 45 mts. Very friendly, did not feel as if I came for an interview. Start date was offered right there, and I was given 24 hrs to say yes or no. I did accept the job offer.
