The HR recuriter actually reached out to me, it was a pretty good exprience.
But the actual interview with the founder, was incredibly awkward and just didn't have a general good impression of the overall process
The whole interview lasted 5 mins, it was supposed to be in the morning , and eventually delayed to the afternoon.
I didn't mind, but the least one could ask for, is basic deceny and respect.
