I applied through a 3rd party recruiting agency and my recruiter set me up with an in-person interview. Typically there are two rounds, but after I interviewed with the sales manager, the operations manager just happened to be available so I was able to speak with him that day. After that, you'll do about a 30 minute job shadow.

Interview
Very quick! Their HR is very responsive i had a bunch of questions regarding their benefits and she answered timely. The managers that interviewed me was very accomodating. They made me feel at ease and relaxed.
Spoke to 4 people. They asked me questions. It was pretty simple. Very basic. It was all over Zoom. Sometimes they conduct interviews in person. Again, very simple and easy to follow. Occurred over a few weeks.
