I interviewed at SteadyServ Technologies (Fishers, IN)
Interview
Interviewed with the hiring manager first. It was a typical interview with regular questions. I then had the chance to meet with another employee to ask questions about the role.
Prior to being brought on-site, a brief survey was filled out answering questions on the beer industry and why the position would be a fit. Met with direct manager, then panel interview with multiple employees across multiple departments, and finally with CTO prior to hire.

Why do you want to move industries and join this team?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SteadyServ Technologies (Fishers, IN)
Interview
Participated in two scheduled phone interviews and one face-to-face interview at their headquarters. All three were very welcoming and conversational. During the face-to-face interview I was given a demo of their software solution and information regarding the market (competition, value prop, etc.). Hiring decisions would be made within the week. I never heard back from the multitude of calls and emails. For a company of this size I would expect some type of communication either way. I am fairly sure it was the total compensation expectations. I was asked at least 4 times what those were. I indicated my expectations each time we went forward with the process. I will take the blame for not verifying that we had an equitable figure during the process. Steadyserv's SaaS solution is very promising and I will continue to follow their progress, growth, and development.
