1st was GD round 2nd aptitude 3rd hr round and 4th manager round.. it took whole day to complete interview and the was said on same day itself. Aptitude and manager round was little tough bt cleared it easily
Aptitude and essay writing test, hr round for salary discussion, manager round for operations requirement, once apto and essay cleared other two no need to be worried about unless you expect exceptional hike

I interviewed at Syntel (Mumbai). 1st round is speech round 2nd round is email writing then 3rd round will be hr round and last round is manager round. its was a very easy interview. they only focus on financial product i.e. mutual fund and sometimes they ask personal question. and cv related question
