There were a few different free response questions on Applied, no need for a CV. Apparently these are anonymously reviewed to be unbiased.. I don’t know what steps come after that.

Had to submit a hands-on set of case questions on a platform that promotes non-biased hiring. Questions were relevant to the role. Got emailed a few weeks later to schedule an interview.

Can you tell us about a professional strength and weakness of yours
One round - odd interview that made it seem like they thought very highly of themselves. Just an odd energy and made me not really want to work there. Would not recommend to be honest
