First, they send you a form that you have to fill and give you an interview schedule, after that they start the Interview via google meet and then they give you an assignment test that you will do with a paper (not digital) and after that you just have to wait for the result

HR Interview - Psychology test, some chat with the HR, and some easy test based on your role (QA, Programmer, etc) I hear there's also a social media check now, weirdly though, they ask for your phone to check the social media, not using their own pc and account. I believe this is a serious privacy violation. They should be checking it from their own computer, with their own user. What we post privately to our friend should only be for our eyes only.
