the HR personel didn't really know methodology used in this role but asked questions just to tick boxes.... It felt impersonal, the metholody is in the CV and a bit loss of time.. For a big company i would expect a lot better HR interview

Very long interview process with 6 stages, last stage you need to reserve 5-6 hours (they expect you take this off as half a day or call in sick) for a case study that needs to be completed within 1 hour and presented to a panel.
