First contact with the agency (phone call), second with Spotify NY (Google Hangouts meeting). The process unfortunately came to an abrupt halt as the role was moved to another country.

The agency focused on STAR and competency-based questions, while Spotify looked into overall summary and what I want to have as my future role.

I didn’t get the role, but I genuinely enjoyed the interview process. Everyone was welcoming and professional. The questions were thoughtful, and the process felt smooth, well-coordinated, and respectful throughout.

Fairly standard interview process. The 4-5 rounds I had were pretty good and I feel all the interviewers were engaged. Didn't get any feedback at all on how I performed which considering the prep and time sunk into the interview process and the fact I was headhunted was pretty disappointing.

Interviews were really smooth, and everyone I met was thoughtful, curious and excited about their work and the opportunity.
Process consisted of 4 rounds, first with a member of the TA team, then meetings with various stakeholders related to the position.
