A 100% negative interview rating speaks for itself.
I too had a negative experience with the Spinelli team. The interview opened awkwardly with quiet hesitation and silence. I had to break the ice to get the flow of conversation going. A bizarre start that snowballed through the course of the interview. It was only near the end that I realised they had no intention of hiring me -- they were interviewing me to extract ideas & information. This was confirmed when the recruiter did not follow up with an email or final decision afterwards. Ghosting in the most careless way.
By far, the worse interview experience I have ever had.
Also, their compensation is well below the market range. My overall impression is that this is a "family run" shop that the rigor & culture of a company that would allow employees to thrive.
