I was interviewed despite them having selected a candidate several weeks prior. The interviewer appeared judgemental, condescending and close minded. Not working for such individuals should be considered a blessing.

I was interrogated about employment gaps on my cv and judged about me deciding to leave an ongoing contract. No questions about my values and potential contribution to the company. Awkward feeling from the start.

Quick 15min introduction call as a first interview. Very friendly CS Manager and one person from the team, a pleasant conversation. Mainly asked about what got me to apply and if I have any questions.
