      I applied for this role through their online portal, which required a surprisingly long application form asking for detailed information that was already included in my resume and cover letter. On top of that, they asked candidates to record and submit a video interview as part of the initial application. While I understand that some companies use video screening to streamline the hiring process, it felt like a significant time commitment upfront — especially for an application that never progressed anywhere. After submitting everything, I didn’t receive any updates, not even a courtesy email acknowledging my application or informing me that I had been unsuccessful.
