Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. The whole process was well organised and thanks to the invaluable preparation from Christina Tze-Ling Tjhin, I was able to navigate through the interview process smoothly. The three steps were: 1. Code assessment. 2. Screening interview about my background and personal interest in technology and projects. 3. Final interview following the STAR method.

Interview
After applying, completing psychometric and technical assessments, they contacted me to arrange a call. On the call they proposed another role I hadn't applied for and gave me until the next day to contact them and make a decision whether to proceed. After following up maybe 3 hours later, I was ghosted - didn't receive any email back, including after following up to 2 different emails. Don't waste your time.

The friendly interviewer had a nice conversation with me and I felt comfortable. It was in the afternoon time arranged to suit my need. Ended with any questions I had and answered with patience.
