The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spareparts (Vaughan, ON) in Mar 2017
Interview
The interview process was extremely long, 3 round interviews about 45 min to an hour long. Very detailed questions a lot of background on work history. Upper mangent is very unorganized

Interview
I was called by someone who didn't introduce themselves to me with their job title, just their name. We arranged an interview, I met with them in the food court of a mall and they asked me a few questions about my sales experience - he clearly had barely read my resume as he wasn't versed at all in my work experience. The entire time I was interviewing he barely looked me in the eye, even as he was talking to me, but WOULD constantly avert his gaze to watch the young girls walking by in their tight pants... at almost every opportunity he could.

Question 1
have you been responsible for sales targets, have you been responsible for a budget, do you know how to use a cash register, do you understand our commission structure - very disjointed, but standard questions.

Interview
The manager contacted me over email to set up a date and time for our interview to take place. Everything went smoothly from the beginning but throughout the interview she didn't really make eye contact with me when asking questions and I found that kind of rude. You're in the customer service industry I think you should be able to make eye contact with someone. It just made her seem like she wasn't really invested in the interview. She also didn't have the decency to call or email to tell me if we were going further, I just saw the job posting re-posted online.
