The interview process was very smooth for a job that’s in such high demand.. i interviewed in August for my initial phone interview, it went smooth , 15 mins tops .. 2 days later i was informed that they would proceed with the one on one interview at their people department.. 3 weeks later .. did the interview with a recruiter out of Dallas , very very formal interview... was not sure which way she would go but towards the end of the interview... she elected to move forward with the process ... 36 days past and i finally got my orientation date after an intense background check ...

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
