I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
It takes a long time to get an interview scheduled. At the F2F, they first bring you to a room and tell you all about the company. On your individual interview you get one recruiter and one flight attendant. It seems as if the FA in the interview is not really interested. I heard from other candidates that the FA interviewing them seemed distracted and not even listening.
I was pretty nervous and I thought I did well but i got a TBNT 2 days later. I will try again when I am better prepared. SMILE and be perky. Thats what they seem to be looking for

The interview was on zoom in 2022. It was with a recruiter and flight attendant. They were very nice and made me feel so comfortable throughout the process. The whole interview took around 30 minutes.

Interview
So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
