This was a very organized, structured interview process. Was called by a senior internal recruiter. We hit it off and the questions were very broad. Then the next phone interview was with the lead off-site consulting manager, which was more technical specific. I then was asked to come in for a face to face interview with a structured 3-4 hour panel of management.
