We appreciate your feedback and apologize for any confusion on scheduling an interview. Because of the volume of applications we get, it can occasionally be challenging to reply to everyone in a timely manner. Interviews are conducted by me, and I have never failed to show up. I make sure to give the prospective candidate enough notice if there is a scheduling conflict, and we work to reschedule.
