Interview
It was so hectic and pathetic. As I refered by an Cunsultancy so I had to go to that Cunsultancy for my interview. The 1st round interview was happening 2hrs late. I cleared all my interviews rounds except Ops Round as at that time the network was so down so I was unable to interviewed by my manager so they confirmed to came to the Steria for the very next day. When I reached there all Hrs were busy and I spoke to one of them and told everything what happened yesterday but the hr told me that u have to give same rounds of interview again what was interviewed yesterday. So I has to give all rounds interview again and at last I selected.
Nice and smooth.. Nothing to worry about. Company is nice. There were two rounds. One was hr and another operation. It went smooth. Just few basic questions. Company is really very good.
3 round interview
1 with team leader, another with manager and final with VP. Overall a good experience, not that difficult interview. Once you enter the organization they give good facilities.
