Interview
Interview process was very good, as they asked me most of the question regarding my resume. 1st question was introduce your self, than HR go through my C.V and asked me the questions, There are 4 rounds of interview in steria, 1st is IQ, 2nd is Computer Test, 3rd is HR round and final round is with the process manager.
Nice and smooth.. Nothing to worry about. Company is nice. There were two rounds. One was hr and another operation. It went smooth. Just few basic questions. Company is really very good.
3 round interview
1 with team leader, another with manager and final with VP. Overall a good experience, not that difficult interview. Once you enter the organization they give good facilities.
