I had an hour long discussion with the only lead Software Developer in the company that lasted over an hour. We discussed my credentials and history as well as some basic technologies that are needed for the job.

It was two Interviews in same day technical and HR interview.
The QC manager during Interview was very respectful,Gentleman with Comfrtable smile on his face during the interview.
It was very good experience for me.
