I applied online. I interviewed at Solace (United Kingdom) (Walthamstow, England) in May 2025
Interview
I accepted an online interview slot at a certain time, scheduled for 1 hour. Luckily I was already online when I saw that they had started the interview 30 minutes prior, so I could complete a written scenario task that I had not been made aware of in advance. The scenario seemed unreasonably long and there were too many questions realistically to answer in the timeframe provided. This bad start was compounded by one of the interviewers calling me by a different name, which I found interesting from an organization that says it is trauma informed, with the implication that they are also psychologically informed. In isolation it may not have been a big deal but, combined with the surprise start time and unannounced pre-interview task, it added to my feeling that I had wasted my time applying and attending the interview. The process seemed badly handled and I was relieved when I didn't get a job offer.

Question 1
(Something along the lines of) when had you realised you are a radical feminist and how does that show in your work?
It was straightforward. They asked to prepare and deliver a Presentation - 20 minutes with q&a session. It was clearly explained. But they did not follow the post interview schedule. I was notified later than as communicated.
