They started with your hobbies. They will ask you a few scenario questions. They will also ask u how you might deal with this scenario and all. They also tell u possible scenario they face and how might deal with it
The location is difficult to find. After dropping off the bus, need to walk at 15min and arrive at the backdoor (?!). The HR/interviewer was unprofessional to filter CV. My CV clearly indicated retail subsidiary under a construction company, but I was invited for interview and later found out my experience was irrelevant.

Interview
The interview process was quite strange. First the person whom I was supposed to a chat on the Hangouts app was 10 minutes late without even acknowledging it afterwords. This company is based in Singapore so they are looking for new hires to work from home and eventually work at their new office once it's built. However I was never informed where the new office would be, which is very confusing.
