The process was pretty chaotic.
The manager (Antonio Pachon) offered a pretty good salary range.
After going through the technical interview, this manager decreased the salary dramatically. When I said no, he went back to the original range (saying that he would take the difference out of someone else's salary).
I even had to chase him to get feedback; the whole process was very irregular, urgency, then weeks of silence, then sign this now or you're out. So I finally accepted it and left my job.
The first day at snapp arrived, but no onboarding, no computer, no user accounts, and no previous communication.
Second day and still the same situation, this manager was difficult to reach.
Fortunately, I thought I was fed up with red flags, and I managed to get back to my former role
