Snag (UK) interview questions

It was a straightforward interview process, with two interviewers and a casual vibe to the conversation. There were no weird unrelated questions, just questions to get to know you and how you're suited for the job and how you would handle certain scenarios.

Applied online, and had an initial interview over video call. The company sounded promising, and I was assured that I would not be ghosted, even if not chosen for the role. At the end of the interview, I was given a task to redesign one of their website pages to better fit their brand. I had a question regarding their design and sent a question, only to have it never be answered. I then completed the task to the best of my ability, and requested a second interview as per the process laid out, and was ghosted entirely. It doesn't really reflect well on their company that I was unable to get a hold of them so early in this process.
