Open day. Chegas ao hotel e chamam por grupos por ordem de chegada. Podes lá ficar algumas horas, convém levar um lanche. Falar em inglês da tua trajetória e o porquê de teres escolhido a aviação. A fim de alguns dias recebes um email.

10 to 15 people waiting in a lobby and we got a company presentation and then we were called 1 by 1 to a individual interview. They asked us diverse questions to know you and then if you speak one of their languages you might have to talk to them in that language.

Very easy and intuitive to use
Enjoyable process, questions were common and easy to answer.
I recommend researching smartlynx because they ask you to say what you know about the company.
As long as youre comfortable with speaking english, I'd say you'll have an easy time with the interview
