It contains 2 steps. First round is group discussion and second round is Hr. both the process is conducted online. Just prepare for basic interview questions so that you can easily get selected.
They called and asked few questions about myself however the company pays according to performance and even for being selected they ask to collect responses and details of 40 individuals for their own marketing.
