Short, lasted a few minutes. Was an audio interview which wasn't what I expected but yeah that's pretty much it. I got my results the next day and failed to be hired.
The interviewer acted out a scenario where they were a teenager, but got way too into character. It felt cringey and unprofessional, making the whole interview feel more like a bad improv session than a serious evaluation.
You fill in the registration form, after that you need to record a short video and answer to three simple questions. If they like your demo video they contact you asking more questions and sending more details about the contract services. Overall great.
