The interview process was very engaging, with a lot of touch points and messages sent to me to keep me updated in between steps or for example, a reminder just before an interview was taking place.
The first conversation was a 30 minute call with the recruiter, someone who was very open and also very passionate and made me even more enthusiastic. The second conversation was with the hiring manager in the office and with a team member and took 60 minutes. It was a nice office and the conversation was around my fit with the job , the goals and my ambitions. There is no reception corner so it is not for shy people! The final interview was with another team member and we spoke a little more about the challenges and how I tackled this in a former job.
