Singer Instruments interview questions

An informal series of questions initially via Zoom focusing on experience in product development, particularly bringing products to market, leading teams of hardware and software engineers, use of agile, company culture and leadership style etc. Really enjoyable. The culture at Singer seemed excellent.

Contacted Singer via their website and had an interview a few weeks later, it was a well structured process where they tried to get to know me and my ambitions. It was very straight forward and painless. I was honest with them and they where very good at explaining what they needed me to do. They let me visit the whole site and meet everybody. Overall great experience.
