The job advertisement outlines a structured interview process consisting of preliminary screening, video submission, an assignment to assess writing skills, an initial meeting, and a final interview. However, the actual process is disorganized, with all scheduling handled via LinkedIn Messenger, which feels unprofessional. Additional steps were added, including answering questions through Messenger and completing an extra written assignment before the final interview. Despite making it to the final round, I received a pretty generic response stating, "we will not be proceeding with your application" after nearly two months of correspondence. It was disappointing not to receive any actionable feedback following such a time-consuming process.
