The conversation focused on my technical support experience, troubleshooting approach, customer communication skills, and examples of resolving complex issues. The interviewer was professional and easy to talk to, and the discussion felt conversational rather than overly scripted.
I felt the interview went well and received positive engagement throughout, but I was not selected to move forward. Overall, it was a positive experience and provided a good overview of the role and company.
