simple grammer , abality to use mobile to search for some information , one words answers to questions such as "what is linkedin?" , "name 3 operating systems ?" , "what is big data?".
Technical round :
They will ask you to
Introduce yourself , family background , technical or non-technical?(since this is non technical job say non-technical) , will ask you about your projects and hobbies as well sometimes (be a good lier here).
HR round :
They are looking for employee who would work here even after 2 years of cheap payment its a typical call center afterall
questions:
Introduce yourself , family background
sometimes mention one of the skill you mention in resume
How would this job benifit you in future growth ? (if you said yes to technical in previous round)
Try to win trust here and do not mention that youre here for short term tell them you want to acquire higher position here like HR manager in few years and thats what theyre looking for long term cheap employee
Any round after this should be cheesy
Discussion round : Discuss about AI , Palgham attack , work form home work from office something like this just try to be loud here and mention alteast 4-5 points
MR Round :
If youre guy they will post probably allocate you to usa or uk timings ro handle candidates and clients
If youre a girl you can choose according to your ease
If youre a technical person or more towards coding and you understand this is not a good long term job then dont apply here theyre not looking for you but a employee who would work here for 5-10 years or even more
Better to lie about your ambitions and future goals like further post graduate studies and jobs preferences if you wanted to be here for short term of 2 years after all its a call center with weekend off
